1. About Apex850
Apex850 provides credit-repair support, credit education, credit-readiness guidance, credit-report review, organizational support, and related services.
Apex850 is not a credit bureau, consumer reporting agency, bank, mortgage lender, auto lender, loan broker, financial institution, or government agency.
Apex850 does not make lending decisions and cannot determine whether a lender, landlord, creditor, insurer, or other third party will approve an application or what terms that third party may offer.
2. Website Use Does Not Create a Client Relationship
Visiting this website, completing the Credit Readiness Assessment, sending a message, downloading educational information, or booking a consultation does not by itself establish a credit-repair service relationship with Apex850.
If Apex850 offers you paid credit-repair services, the services, fees, timing, cancellation rights, and other material terms will be addressed in the applicable written agreement and disclosures provided before enrollment.
3. Credit Repair and Credit Report Disclosures
Important Credit Repair Disclosure
Apex850 does not guarantee any specific credit-score increase, particular credit score, deletion, removal, lending approval, interest rate, financing terms, or completion date.
Results vary because every consumer's credit profile, account history, documentation, creditor or furnisher responses, and circumstances are different.
Consumers have the right to review their own credit reports and dispute information they believe is inaccurate or incomplete directly with credit reporting agencies without hiring Apex850.
Accurate and current negative information generally cannot lawfully be removed from a credit report simply because it is unfavorable.
Apex850 does not recommend disputing information solely because a consumer does not want accurate information reported.
4. Consumer Credit Rights
Federal law provides consumers with important rights related to credit-repair services and credit reporting.
Your Rights Matter.
- You may obtain and review your own credit reports.
- You may dispute inaccurate or incomplete credit-report information yourself.
- You do not have to hire a credit-repair organization to exercise your credit-report dispute rights.
- If you enter into a covered credit-repair contract, federal law provides a right to cancel without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day after the date the contract is signed.
Any Apex850 credit-repair service agreement will contain the applicable contractual disclosures and cancellation information required for that service.
5. Service Fees and Payment
Website information about pricing is intended to provide general information and does not replace the terms of a written service agreement.
Before enrolling in paid Apex850 services, you will be provided the applicable service terms, pricing, and other required disclosures.
Apex850 will not treat a website assessment or consultation request as authorization to charge you for credit-repair services.
Payment timing and billing practices for credit-repair services are governed by the applicable written agreement and applicable law.
6. Credit Monitoring and Third-Party Services
Certain Apex850 services may require or benefit from ongoing access to credit information so changes can be reviewed during the service process.
Credit monitoring, credit-report access, identity-monitoring tools, or similar services may be provided by an independent third-party company.
If a third-party monitoring or report-access service is required or recommended, any applicable third-party cost will be disclosed before enrollment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party monitoring or report-access fees are separate from fees paid to Apex850.
Apex850 does not control the services, availability, security practices, pricing, credit-score models, or terms of independent third-party providers.
7. Free Credit Reports
Consumers may obtain credit reports through authorized consumer resources such as AnnualCreditReport.com.
Access to a free credit report and enrollment in an ongoing monitoring or report-access service serve different purposes.
A free credit report may provide a current view of reported information. Ongoing access may be useful during active service when changes to credit information need to be reviewed over time.
8. SMS and Text Messaging Terms
Apex850 Messaging Program
When you separately opt in to receive text messages from Apex850, you may receive messages related to inquiries, assessments, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling, service updates, follow-up, educational information, or marketing communications consistent with the consent you provided.
Providing your telephone number by itself does not mean that you have consented to all forms of promotional text messaging. Where required, SMS consent is collected separately.
9. Email and Telephone Communications
If you provide your email address or telephone number, Apex850 may use that information to respond to your inquiry, manage appointments, provide requested service communications, or communicate as otherwise permitted by your consent and applicable law.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe mechanism where required.
10. Educational Information Is Not Professional Advice
Articles, guides, assessments, videos, social-media content, website materials, and other educational information provided by Apex850 are for general informational purposes.
They should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting, investment, mortgage, lending, or financial-planning advice.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional when professional advice is needed for your circumstances.
11. Lending and Approval Decisions
Credit is only one factor that may be considered in mortgage, auto-financing, business-funding, rental, insurance, employment, or other decisions.
Apex850 cannot guarantee that improving or changing information in a credit profile will result in approval for any product, service, loan, lease, or other opportunity.
12. Accuracy of Website Information
Apex850 attempts to provide useful and accurate information, but credit laws, reporting practices, financial products, lender requirements, technology, third-party services, and other circumstances can change.
We may update website content without notice and do not guarantee that all website information will remain current at all times.
13. External Links and Independent Resources
Apex850 may provide links to government agencies, consumer resources, credit-report providers, credit-monitoring providers, or other third-party websites.
A link does not mean that the third party sponsors, endorses, approves, or is affiliated with Apex850.
Apex850 is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, products, or services of independent third-party websites.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Apex850 website text, branding, graphics, educational materials, page designs, videos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Apex850.
You may use publicly available materials for personal, noncommercial informational purposes unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, or commercially exploit Apex850 materials without permission.
15. Prohibited Website Use
You agree not to use this website to:
- Violate applicable law.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or information.
- Submit fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally false information.
- Introduce malicious code, automated attacks, or harmful technology.
- Interfere with website operation or security.
- Misrepresent your identity or authority.
16. Limitation of Website Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apex850 is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general educational website information, third-party websites, temporary website unavailability, or decisions independently made by lenders, credit bureaus, furnishers, creditors, or other third parties.
Nothing in these website terms is intended to waive, limit, or restrict any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
17. Service Agreements and Conflicting Terms
If you become an Apex850 client, a separate written agreement may govern your services.
If there is a conflict between these general website terms and a legally applicable provision of a written service agreement, the applicable service agreement controls with respect to those services, subject to non-waivable consumer rights and applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
Apex850 may revise these website Terms & Disclosures as services, technology, business practices, or applicable requirements change.
The effective date shown at the top of this page may be updated when material revisions are made.
